Problem 1:  The metal covering on the elbow of the steam wand is coming off (see images below)

Problem 2: Compared to when the unit was new, there is a substantial reduction in the amount of steam that comes out of the steam wand. Also, even when the steam icon changes from "blinking" to "steady on", water (in addition to steam) comes out of the wand -- when the unit was new, only steam came out.  Click here to see a video. Because of the inadequate steam and hot water that comes out, I get warm watered-down milk instead of hot frothy milk.  Cleaning the hole in the steam wand with a pin does not fix the problem.
